There are lots of things that you may want paved, but often the decision on whether or not paving takes place is left to the municipality that operates in the area. Usually government agencies are not in the paving business though. Most of the time there is a long list of paving projects that already exists. There is also a limit to the dollars available to be spent on such projects and sometimes they charge local homeowners for the work if they are impacted by the improvement.
